How can I apply for a Scholarship?

ProCamps believes every kid deserves the chance to have an experience with their heroes. Our scholarship program provides free or discounted access to our events for families who need financial support. To apply, visit here.

Question 3

Will my camper be on the field and/or court the whole time?

Accepted Answer

The first hour prior to the start of camp is for check-in and group assignments. Additionally, as applicable, there will be off-field/court partner activations for families to engage with throughout the event.After that, all the action will be on the field/court.

How many campers attend a ProCamps event?

When and how will I receive photos from the camp?

Accepted Answer

Once the camp has concluded, all professional photographer photos will be sent to the email address on file from your registration within 5–7 business days. All campers receive a free download of their group photo with the athlete(s).Here is our photo gallery link.

What should my child wear to camp?

Can I get a personal item autographed by an athlete?

No. The athlete's focus at camp is to interact with campers throughout the experience. Personal items cannot be signed. If you'd like a signed item, visit our Camp Upgrades page.

Question 8

Can I take photos of my child at camp?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Family members are encouraged to take photos from the designated parent area. Please note that family members cannot take pictures on the court or field while camp is in session unless you have purchased a Parent VIP upgrade. View upgrade options here.

Question 9

Can I receive a refund if my child is unable to attend?

Accepted Answer

Much like a ticket to a sporting event or concert, ProCamps registrations are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, a registration credit can be issued for the full dollar amount. Credits are valid for one full calendar year from the date of the original event. To receive a credit, you must email ProCamps prior to the start of the event.

If it's raining, will the camp be cancelled?

Unless you receive a message from our ProCamps team (email and/or text), camps will move forward rain or shine.

Question 11

Are parents allowed to stay and watch?

Accepted Answer

Of course! All ProCamps camps are family-oriented. There is a designated family area where family members can watch. Family members are not allowed on the court or field during camp unless they have purchased a Parent VIP upgrade.

Question 12

If I have more than one child attending, do I purchase one upgrade per child?

Yes, it is one upgrade per camper. The Parent VIP upgrade is the only upgrade that includes two individuals (not including the camper).
